Communication is Key For An Awesome Auto Repair Experience

At Specialty Automotive Service & Repair, we work to get customers back on the road as fast as possible. At the same time, our service adviser will take the time to understand your service goals, help you prioritize repairs, and keep you in the loop as to what needs to be done to maintain your vehicle, so there are never any surprises. We can also give you an estimate of the price of the work that needs to be done. If you're in an emergency situation, we'll handle your job with appropriate urgency, and even contact other auto repair shops in the Bend area (that we know and trust) in the event we're not able to get you in right away. We understand that sometimes waiting is not an option, so we'll make sure you can get an appointment and get a mechanic on the job in no time.

On the flipside, if you're a client at another Bend auto repair shop and they're busy, we will do our best to get you going for them. We'll also keep in touch with your shop, so they know what we did to your vehicle. As a local city business, we work with our surrounding businesses to make a difference and set an example.

Our shop's convenient location is in Bend, OR at 1133 SE 9th St, just off Reed Market Road. We've been part of the community for decades, and deeply appreciate living and working in such an amazing environment with boating, fishing, camping, motorcycling, horseback riding, hiking, climbing, and skiing right outside our collective backdoor. With so many things to do and so much terrain to cover, we must make sure our vehicles are in good condition.

Small business is at the heart of Bend, and we're proud to be among the local business owners making our town a little more personal. Often we see our customers shopping, hiking, or doing any number of activities outside the shop, so we get to know the people we serve. We're also involved in our church, FFA, and we participate in Central Oregon outreach programs.
